Great food comes from great farmers. We work exclusively with local, family-owned farms, not corporations or factory farms. Our top quality Berkshire (Kurobuta) pork is revered by chefs and is widely known in the culinary world as the "Kobe Beef" of pork. The Berkshire heritage breed pork is raised naturally in pastures, which adds a unique marbling and amazing flavor. The Local BBQ trailer was custom built by BBQ experts in Nashville, Tennessee, where they know a thing or two about BBQ. The seasoned applewood and competition grade Ole Hickory Smoker, slowly smokes our BBQ for a minimum of 12 hours. We control our strict quality standards by partnering and featuring hard working family farmers to ensure a true Farm to Fork experience unlike any other.
